Born in Guernsey, Ian started out as an electrical apprentice and having gained his experience in both the domestic and commercial world, he went on to excel as site foreman. Ian strived for more of a challenge and therefore joined a large national FM company to become the Senior Project Manager, overseeing some of the largest capital projects. He then went on to work for another FM company locally and again excelled at running the largest and most complex jobs of note in recent years. Ian has accrued many skills in his time as a designer and project manager, from bespoke LED lighting designs to co-ordinated mechanical and electrical designs and drawings. Ian is now on the board of Directors at C8 and is well respected within the industry. He handles the company’s larger projects, being meticulously organised and exercising superb communication skills he is the organiser behind every well laid plan at C8.
